In this tough economy while many Americans can't afford to shop or go out for big lavish new year celebrations, the rich can. But some feel it's offensive to flaunt their taste for luxuries.
So they're doing it under the radar. CBS correspondent Bianca Solorzano is on our reports.

These covered shoppers are heading private invitation only sample sales. You can get high-end goods for low-end prices.
