 Java Mgr-Shanghai
The following experience, skills, and attributes are required:
8+ years of progressive experience in complex software system design and development (Application Server, middle ware technologies, content management systems, RDBMS, operating system or other multi-threaded system development) in a product development group.
Strong and deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
Expert understanding of object oriented design & programming, especially in Java/J2EE system environment
Experience building highly scalable & secure web applications
Understanding of Web services and xml technologies.
Understanding of SOA, SaaS and Web 2.0.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Team management experience
Desired skills
Industry understanding and experience to build SaaS products is highly preferred.
Agile development methodologies is highly desirable
