Procurement Manager – Direct Materials-039
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
To establish the proper Purchase Procedure/System
Purchase of all the Raw Materials and components with competitive price and on time delivery
Supplier management, including finding new suppliers, suppliers development, evaluation, approval and timely audit
Quality and cost control
Develops team members to be fully competent in performing their roles and living OUR COMPANY Values
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with major in Mechanical or equivalent
More than 5 years experience in procurement management, preferably with multinational organization
Familiar with overseas purchase, including knowledge of the international trading regulations and practices, shipping logistics and customs clearance
Significant supervisory experiences and skills to manage a team of department buyers and support staff
Technical background on mechanical is a must
Significant supervisory experiences on supplier management
Demonstrated Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices, methods and procedures used in a competitive procurement
Sound leadership competences, including performance management, team building, and individual motivation
Initiative and persuasion.
Independent, good judgment, tactfulness and sensitivity in performing job responsibilities and resolving conflicts
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties
Good negotiation skills
Good command of PC skills, proficiency in the use of software applications (word, excel and database, etc.)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
