Position: Technical support engineer leader
Emphasis:

学历要求：本科
工作背景要求：最好是大规模的IT服务公司，但做内部SUPPORT的也可以，但企业规模一定要大于百人，因为有上千的终端需要管理
管理要求：要带过三人以上的TEAM
薪资要求：可以协商
Description
Ensure delivery and management of the end-to-end technical support service.
Perform operational support for server hardware and platform software.
Acts as liaison between project team members, customers, and installation team to ensure projects are implemented seamlessly.
Investigates and resolves hardware and software incidents, performs root cause analysis to identify underlying problems, monitors and optimizes infrastructure performance, and manages backups.
Communicates effectively with customers to ensure problems are understood and resolved.
Maintains support documentation and asset and configuration data repositories.
Qualifications
More than 7 years IT related experience
Bachelor's degree
Very familiar with IT infrastructure technology including server, network, PC, security, etc.
Able to mange a team
Good communication skills with customer
