Responsibility：
1) Analyze the IT requirements from business department, design solutions, plan the IT product.
2) Establish or maintain the ISC application architecture, keep the IT requirements and projects be compliance with the architecture.
3) Join in transformation project, lead the IT solution to fulfill the business objectives.
Qualifications：
1) Have long term experience in ISC domain, master both business and IT, can give leading practice and IT solutions to business issues. Having working experience in world-known telecom relative corporation is preferable.
2) Have deep understandings of ERP, such as ORACLE EBS, as well as other leading software in ISC domain, have the capability of using software package to enable business transformation.
3) Be familiar with ISC IT architecture and plan.
4) Have strong leadership of project management.
5) Be good at communication, energetic and aggressive.
