Job Desc<x>ription Responsible for approving and assisting EMS and OEM suppliers in the development of Quality plans for processing materials into finished products including SMT Testing and Box Build. Provides analysis of manufacturing data to drive yield improvement and corrective actions. Analyzes monthly process data for trends/issues requiring corrective action and ensures that effective corrective action is implemented. Conducts weekly process audits to issue and verify necessary corrective actions. Proactively drives quality and process improvements at supplier sites ba<x>sed on data analysis and Process Improvement experience. Works with other on-site Avaya groups, such as Supply Chain Management, to drive quality improvements. Will be the Quality lead for product transfers. First Article Inspections and OBA inspections. Ensures proper execution and tracking of Deviatins, ECO's and Ship Holds. Leads complex business assessments for Avaya's supply ba<x>se. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutins to a diverse range of complex problems. Requires 5 - 8 years experience and a BS degree or equivalent experience in product planning and thorough knowledge of quality assurance methods in the design, fabrication, and production of electronic equipment.
Required：
Qualifications BS degree in technical field. CQE. CQM, or CQA perferred. Five years experience in quality engineering or management. Experience with SMT and Box Build and managing quality at a Contract Manufacturer. Ability to speak and write English and Chine
