Electrical Engineer / Procurement Engineer
An American based, International consulting firm is seeking a self-motivated Electrical Engineer to join our construction procurement support team
Job Description:
1.Lead supplier quality, qualification and delivery activities associated with electrical components for industrial construction projects (transformers, motors, generators and etc.).
2.Act as liaison between the supplier and client on all technical aspects associated with quality and delivery.
3.Perform third-party inspection and vendor surveillance to track and monitor material quality issues for international clients.
4.Recommend corrective action(s) to ensure effective resolution and/or outcomes prior to product delivery.
5.Develop technical evaluation and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
6.Actively search for reliable suppliers and perform audits based on client’s needs.
7.Responsible for all continuous improvement activities that impact quality and timely delivery.
Requirement:
1.B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or relative field.
2.Bilingual (English and Chinese).
3.Experienced electrical engineering and/or procurement experience.
4.Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
5.Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO9000, AS900, QS9000) is desired.
