The position is responsible for Center Operations performance and team management, recruiting and training and cooperation with Regional Sales Director. This role is leads the Operations management team in the Region including the Regional Academic Manager, Regional Service Manager, Member Life and others to create a highly motivated service organization. The role has focus in three areas:
1) Long Term brand health and growth
2) Short term brand health and growth
3) Culture evange list: act as key staff roll-model, leader, manager and career developer.
Job requirements
- 10+ years of (or combination of) consumer products marketing/sales, consumer retail, operations (if also have direct consumer business experience), hospitality, business to consumer marketing or sales.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin and experience working abroad (at least 2 years)
- MBA preferred.
- Experience leading and developing large teams and multiple direct reports (including both Chinese nationals and International staff)
- Strong consumer Public Relations and government media experience
- Proven ability and passion for getting deep into details and processes while seeing and helping set long-term strategic direction. Proven ability to understand and enforce key brand operating procedures, and after these are implemented in world class manor, encourage innovation and disseminate best practices.
