Right now, we are in 5 wave down #5. The target zone is around SPY 100 to 102. We had two down day with light volumn. I have already metioned the reason for this. So, don't be a hero and trade against trend. Be careful about buying dip.
Big H&S top is in play now. Possible target is around SPY88. That is just a possiblity. If indeed it happens, then bulls should be very happy, we will start wave 3 up from there. Possible target is 140.
No matter what, this is not a crash like 2008. Short term needs to watch 104. If it tested again, it should break down.
As I said early this yr., Most likely the 1050 is the value line. Market should flip around it in 150 point range. So, under 1050, I won't short. Hold my net 15% long and wait for adding some value play. I wish I will have some time on Wed. to draw charts.
