Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and manage strategic government and government stakeholders network.

+ Develop government relations strategies and plans that successfully support the short term and long term goals of the company.

+ Influence the policy implementation to ensure consistency of enforcement in a way that is supportive of our business objectives.

+ Identify emerging government issues and opportunities for protecting and advancing our business interests.

+ Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their interaction with us and are eager to enter into future transactions.

+ Maintain strong relationship with positive references and ensure that any references given are supportive of company and product.

Requirements:

+University Degree in Business Administration or relevant Technical Degree.

+ At least 10 years working experience on China Policy and Government Relations.

+ Sound political judgment and a substantive working knowledge of China’s government structure and political and legislation policy process.

+ Demonstrated project management skills

+ Track record of success as a leader or agent for change.

+ Proven ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment.

+ Ability to analyze, articulate and proactively advocate a position for a Company and able to assimilate complex details quickly.

+ Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.

+ Ability to monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem.

+ Fluent in written and spoken Chinese.

+ Fluent in written and spoken English.
