Required Skills
*Demonstrated experience in ERP Package consulting / implementation with 10+ years experience in leadership role
*Proven capability to develop package skills in Practitioners through formal training and mentoring and community building activities
*Desire to lead a team of junior practitioners to develop the Package functional/technical skills and knowledge
*Proven operational capability with ability to work under hypergrowth challenging environment
*Ability to develop and manage effective relationships across cross functional team within and outside of China GD Centre
*Ability to interact at a senior level with GD management and Geo competency leaders
*Experience in Global Delivery environment is a plus
*Strong team leadership capabilities – capable to lead /develop a team of 300 – 400 R&CM staff
Key objectives:
*Determining key market skill needs and developing plans to close gaps in delivery demand
*Establishing training roadmaps and driving hot skill development
*Setting and driving capacity management priorities
*Setting standards for process, methods, and tool usage and driving consistent take-up across the Competency Group
*Creating a cohesive practitioner network environment that fosters technical growth and career goals
Main Responsibilities :
*Support PALs in fulfilling resources against Demand (New Hire, Subcontractors, Rotation, Bench). Participate in resource & capacity management cadence and share responsibility
*Develop talent pool in Competency Area (CA) in line with business needs
*Support PAL towards DE & Customer Satisfaction targets
*Standardization of tools, methods, processes, and estimating tools w.r.t.solutioning and Delivery
*Accountable for Competency Area contract GDC business performance across all sectors
*Develop CA skill expertise growth, professional development and delivery enablement
*Develops CA communities and creates a sense of belonging for professionals within CA/SL
*Develop Centers of Excellence and new competencies/ Competency Areas where required, Custodian of Subject Matter Expertise (process, technical) in respective CA
*Interlock with global leadership of the CA and GDCs, to cross-pollinate capabilities
*Support development of solutions including the development of intellectual capital, development or reusable assets and deployment of industry solution and cross industry solutions
*Support GBS account teams in demonstrating credentials with end-customers, Drive customer references and proof points
*Lead and Develop people and ensure high level of commitment and motivation
