1. Unix/Linux/AIX Server Senior Support Analyst
5 years experience system administration experience of UNIX/Linux servers in a large scale, global enterprise environment. Direct experience of SUSE Enterprise Linux and HP-UX will be preferred but it is not a must.
5 years experience HP MC Service Guard and/or SUSE Enterprise Linux High-Availability experience.
5 years experience with HP server hardware (both X86_64 and Itanium).
2 years global operation experience and good understanding of “Follow the SUN” support model.
Working experience with Storage/SAN/Backup technologies
Working experience with networking technologies
- Would be a plus
Knowledge of virtual server management (VMware)
Exposure to other OS technologies
2.Tivoli Workload Scheduler Analyst
Understanding of Job Scheduling / Monitoring processes and various elements that make up the environment. Minimum 2 years Admin experience of Tivoli Workload Scheduler will be highly regarded.
Familiarity with various technical OS platforms(UNIX/Linux/Win, networks and databases (e.g. Oracle)
Good technical problem solving skills and tenacity
Good understanding of global IT support process and “Follow the SUN” support model.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Ability to operate across concurrent tasks & projects
Ability to install and maintain infrastructure software, such as applying patches
