Main responsibilities:
Importation handling- Import shipments status tracking and follow up; Analyze sales forecast and arrange stock transfer to DP based on stock holding policy and special requests to avoid out-off-stock;
Work closely with customs brokers and I/E agent to make sure the accuracy and speed of customs clearance especially in peak season;
Communicate with marketing team for POSM importation;
Export and return shipment follow up; Damage and return goods management;
Overseas payment supporting by preparing necessary shipping docs;
AQSIQ response with obtaining the sanitary certificate and public periodically on intranet;
Ensure the stock movement accuracy in JDE system;
Lead team to smooth daily import and export operation.
Good/experienced with Math and statistics.
Experience with excel and other mathematical programs ERP system.
Requirements:
More than 5 years solid working experiences as importation management, bachelor degree is a plus.
Strong communication skill and good team player
Proactive and responsible, always has can do attitude.
Fluent written and spoken English.
