Responsibilities:
-Manage the dept with employees of different experience level and
skills (Mechanical Designer, Electrical Designer, SW Engineer
etc).
-Keep the local products updated.
-Cooperate with internal dept. in projects on localization,
production optimization.
-Coordinate for local capacity and timelines in global engineering
projects.
-Supporting production start up for new machine types.
-Plan, analyze, review and keep control of dept. budget.
-Be responsible for all assigned process and KPI of the dept.
-Be responsible for the team building, coaching and supervising
management.
-Implement Engineering dept management procedure ba
sed on ISO
standard.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
