岗位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or above in electric chemical engineering or equivalent, BB is preferred
2.At least 8 years working experience in Quality management; Li+ ion battery or automobile industry background is highly preferred
3.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Quality System (ISO9001 and TS16949), Quality Control, Continuous improvement methods and 6 SIGMA etc.;
4.Familiar with Quality Inspection and Control of Industrial products;
5.Familiar with ERP system is preferred;
6.Good communication skills and team player;
7.Oral and written English required.
岗位职责：
1. Management in the Quality department and lead the team to achieve company targets;
2. Implement and maintain certification to the Quality Management System and ensure that the system are used to drive improvement;
3. Lead further development of Quality Management System and provide suggestions to the General Manager;
4. Monitor and Inspect the implementation of Quality operating procedure;
5. Be responsible for internal Quality Audit and deal with quality issues by timely improvement measures;
6. Organize and coordinate the External Audit for Quality Management System;
7. Establish the collaboration with sister plant quality team on quality improvement;
8. Be responsible for all quality related issues in direction of customers/suppliers; organize the conference for products quality analysis.-
9. Be responsible for lab management.
