I watch the award night DVD from someone. I will say Laozhong is not doing it for pretty girl. I am sure. THose girl are below average. If he is doing it to get beauty. I am sure there are better ways. He is trying to make a point with limited resources.

He can donate certain amount of money. But the money is not enough to change the order of Chongqing. So he decide to make a impact to the young generation.

"Good English can improve your life quality!"

I think he so far has made a very solid point.

P.S.

There is no single girl is pretty.
