There are just too many assumptions here.

If a guy does not have the chance to sleep with her, he will not help her? That's certainly not true. Lao Zhong, if your promotion failed, let me know. I'll make some phone calls and take care of it.

If she does not have a bf for so long, the guy who picks her up at the airport will have a chance? --Maybe, same chance he will get any other girl.

If she has a bf, then the guy who pick her up does not hold any chance? Not so. Even married women can change their heart.

We are making it too big a deal here. It's just a small favor. Anything else, who knows.
