Job Title: Sales DirectorReports to: Regional General Manager – South/North China, Aircraft Engines
Base Location: Shanghai/Beijing/Others
Band: Senior Professional Band
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales.
Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution.
Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global regions.
Customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follows through.
Proactively drive and capture CSA opportunities
Responsible for selling GEAE’s complete portfolio of engine and services products to assigned commercial airline, aircraft leasing company, overhauls facility and broker accounts.
Provide coaching/mentoring and develop new sales team member – willing to share knowledge and expertise
Champaign and drive HQ initiatives like 6 sigma, boundary less selling, margin escalation, etc
Key Measurements:
Meet & exceed service OP plan
Capture forecast win rate with expected margin
People development & team work
MBO
Requirements/Attributes to Success
Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals.
Engine Marketing and Sales experience.
Coaching & people development skills
Experience working effectively with relevant cultures.
Understanding of the assigned products and their application to the industry.
Excellent communication skills: listening, speaking, and writing.
GEAE functional experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Black Belt certification.
Engineering undergraduate degree and MBA.
Demonstrated experience in the financial analysis of both engine and services sales proposals.
Experience using Siebel for sales opportunity management and proposal development.
