Responsibility.

It is no doubt that mr. An is an public figure. As a public figure, his privacy is under different criteria from common public. However, he is public online. He maybe donot want to show up his true indentity to the real world. It is a very interesting topic for lawyers/judges.

P.S. I lived in DC Area for a longtime and miss there very much, esp. at the time of the cherry blossom festival.
