Location: Shanghai Salary: 80k-120kUSD
Responsibilities:
In charge of 400 software engineering team and report to CEO;
Direct software development process lines to make whole development process more effective;
Manage the quality of the products.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years US or International software company software engineering and 2 years senior management experience;
Hands-on large scale software engineers (over 50 persons) management skills;
Good at process management, project management, quality management.
Mandarin speaking required.
