in the old Shanghai downtown areas. From such high bidding prices you can tell it is hard to get the land price and the cost of building in Shanghai down.
My conclusion: when you see the apt. price is down further, buy into it for the long term. 70-year ownership right will be solved within 10 years, which is my educated guess.
