Job Title 1: Finance Analyst (Regular)
>
> Applies financial concepts to financial planning and business analysis to ensure adequate controls are available to achieve the desired results. Maintains and generates accurate accounting records and support/analysis for entries to ledgers. Conducts qualitative analyses to determine present and future financial and operational performance. Forecasts, analyzes, prepares and recommends changes to financial and operational information and budgets/forecasts to achieve the desired goals, while ensuring compliance to internal standards. Partners with operating management to achieve financial and business goals by preparing, collecting and analyzing financial and business information. This generally will include analysis of volumes, pricing, deals, balance sheet activity and related information, while communicating the information and impact to the organization. Provides sensitivity analysis, recovery plans and objective alternatives for risk management to improve overall business performance. Be business advisor to the business LOBs in all aspects of financial management, planning, forecasting, to spend management, T&E analysis and H/C productivity. Responsible for upholding policies and procedures, in accordance with fiduciary responsibilities addressing COBC, FCPA, as well as country regulations. Help with implementing processes and systems to help manage the business.
> Broad knowledge and experience in participating in the development of business plans, budgets financial summaries and/or statements； understands interdependency of financial accounts and functions. Has a broad knowledge of US GAAP and its application. Understands Cisco's business objectives and its impact on client group's processes and deliverables Helps informally structure teams and task； may provide technical guidance across other functions and to client groups Able to present, organize, and convey complex problems or issues within and across other functions and with client groups； partners with client groups in a team setting to provide business solutions Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in ｓｅｌｅｃｔing methods and techniques of obtaining solutions； making decisions using broad guidelines
> BS degree and 4 years of related experience or CPA/MBA and 2 years of related experience or 6 years of relevant

> You will partner with the China sales organization (enterprise and service providers) on significant opportunities to ensure that all deals meet corporate guidelines, are properly packaged in line with Product Marketing Group and that order management processes are in place to execute commitments. You will also interact with business units, legal, accounting, professional services, global accounts, manufacturing, customer service, and finance. You will be the focal point for field sales, sales management, and corporate.

> Major Tasks / Responsibilities

> ¿； Financial Evaluation & Decision Support on Projects (Deals/Bids) ¿； Provide Analysis and Recommendation to Management
>
> ¿； Packaging and Pricing of Deals/Bids (Bundles, Rebates, Credits, Promotions¿；.) ¿； Understand the concept, the packaging of products, Promotions, Rebates, and Trade-in¿；.

> ¿； Provide advise on appropriate deal structure and business model to suit Sales¿； strategy for different accounts

> ¿； Understand Channels, Offer Integration deals. Understand Bid management.

> ¿； Understand Business Unit¿；s Products and Pricing - Incl. Future Prod. ¿； Maintain good working relationship with Product Marketing Manager.

> ¿； Booking Orders & Revenue Recognition ¿； Ensure Bookings and Revenue Recognition are in line with Company¿；s policies and procedures

> ¿； Provide Monthly/Quarterly Deals Desk Reports for Management ¿； Analysis of Discount by Partner/End user

> Qualification
> The person must have a good interpersonal skills as he/she deals with people from Sales, Finance, Marketing, Support and Services in the locality and Headquarters but at the same time can be firm and professional to maintain the best interest of the deal for the company.
>
> Knowledge and experience in Sarbanes Oxley, Revenue Recognition, Project Management, Bid Management/Offer Integration are advantageous.
>
> BS/BA/MBA in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, 6 to 8 years relevant experience in fast-paced high-tech environment.
> ； Must be independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
> ； Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills
> ； Results oriented
> ； Background in pricing, contracts, financing, leasing, revenue recognition, sales are beneficial
