meal, where do you put your fork and knife? When you put down the knife on the side of the plate, do you lay the blade towards you or facing outside? After you finish your meal, how and where do you lay down your fork/knife? Do you tend to wear your napkin on your chest or lay it on your laps? Those questions all reminded me of my mom's instruction when I was a kid. The blunder of the table manners is your mouth makes noise when eating. That really sounds like a pig is chewing a bacon. To add one more: "could you please pass me the egg, chick?"
