Hi,
Just checked your description. I am similiar with you with British MBA acquired but not to US but having worked in Japan. Having come back China for two years, I am working in Shanahai with wide cycle of IT and Job hunting friends.
Suggestions(Assume on your decision of back China):
1. Which city do you prefer, SH or BJ ?
2. Working field or direction: what IT projects before, your roles as PM or Consultant? but now you self-employed in importing and distribution business? so on which direction you prefer?
3. Package: In your case 300KRMB should not be problem in the beginning with my point of view. 500K- 1000K seems to be difficult in the beginning but will be achievable after 2 years orientation.
4. Self analysis: 35 is a hard period for new change. MBA should do SWOT analysis, tradeoff family, children and carrers.
