As for me, i have seven years of working experience in GZ, four years as a unversity teacher, three in a local law firm as practicing lawyer.
chinese legal consultant in a foreign law firm usu handles some nonlitigation works for foreign enterprises invested in GZ，including but not limited to legal environment research, draft of contract and other legal documents, international merger and acquisition.
the law firm i am considering is not as big and famous as those from the US and UK, which is why i am wondering and hesitating.
