this is a commerical entity set up to pursue for profits
the business model is to pool in all resources and defer all up front payments for a profit sharing payment in proportion to contributions in process of generating such profit.
it is an online facilitated process, but the physical presence through franchised cafes will support the online presence and process.
most if not all team members would stay virtual while perform the designated functions, without needs to quit current jobs, while the functions allocated are based on their academic training backgrounds and professional practice experiences, at the capacity not be over promised and thus committed by the members
