If a Dutch American works in Holland, I am sure he will proudly say he is Dutch American in territory of Holland, especially with the presence of another Dutch! (I know Dutch people well, my mentor is a Dutch, he is VP of Group, and our company is not a Dutch company).
I am also sure 50 years from no on, the descendant of P (the Malaysian Chinese) will tell everyone he meets, he has Chinese origin, and he is proud of it! (Because the 势利 nature of his family blood; and the strength of China)
By the way, P is no longer holding the position of President of Area Mainland China; he has been demoted to the position of Sales Manager of Eastern China …
How can you trust a guy who does not recognize his grand grand fathers, just because they were poor?!
