The machine restarted everytime you logged into Windows. Scaning won't be able to find and fix your machine.
what I suggest is,
1) log in via safe mode.
2)back up all the important data (E.g, girl friend's contact information, naked pictures if any)
3)restore your hard driver using your restore CD.

My machines had this Virus when I was downloading movies from the Internet, in which case I have to open a port in the firewall. I had two machines got infected. Norton anti-virus was installed on the PCs and it was always updated. somehow it couldn't stop that virus. Pain!
