我今天下午六点还可以用Board Band. 关机后，九点再开时就不能读website, so I did some adjustment at ramdon. Still didn't work. There is no problem for the connection. I rang BT Co.,
they said the IP address is not correct. I followed the instruction as following:

For window XP users:
1. Right click My Network Place from your desktop.
2. Choose Properties
3. Select TCP/IP
4. Select obtain an IP Address automatically,

I found I could not select obtain an IP address, and the IP address that showed in my laptop is wrong. So I don't know how to do.

I am an IT blind. I just can tell you what happened.

Please help. Thanks a lot!

By the way, I can use dial-up connection now. At the begining, it showed IP address was wrong, and let me choose whether correct it or not. So I choose "yes", it works by using dial-up connection but not board band now. -- Manchester Tina - (0 Byte) 2004-11-06 周六, 10:05 (169 reads)
