Position: Customer Service Representative
based in: Beijing
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with other teams and with the client in order to solve problems and deal with unexpected situations during the order process;
- Handling requests and events related to orders: before the sale, during the order processing, after the order, e.g. payment issues. Answer all sorts of products inquiries;
- Following up orders before products get delivered in order to reduce the possibilities of unexpected situations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Open minded, possessing good communication skills;
- Dedicated to customer service work, responsible and a team player;
- Flexible and able to work in a results-oriented dynamic environment;
- Experience in customer service will be highly appreciated.
