That's a very interesting way to compare. But I didn't mean to compare anything. I just said a fact, about a real life story, and wished some good wishes. I felt it is a good story and wanted to share with others. I don't understand why you are so defensive.
Gabby was first inspired by images that Liang Chow and Shawn Johnson were celebrating after Shawn nailed her medal in Beijing Olympics in 2008 (she was 10 then). Then in 2010 she decided to move to Iowa to join Coach Chow. Gabby is black, her Iowa host is white (her family remain in Virginia), and her coach is a Chinese. It happens in America. Those are simple, plain facts. I feel good about her also because of her coach.
