Job description
This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, dealing with external and internal stakeholders, manage client expectation and satisfaction.

Key project types this role needs to manage include:
• Custom application development
• Package selection, customization and integration
• Hardware and/or software component integration
• Application maintenance
• Application enabling and design
• System customization and enhancement
• Package Solution implementation&deployment incl SAP/Oracle etc
They must possess below skills
Relationship and Leadership
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Perform effective negotiations
• Apply communication skills
• Use problem solving techniques
• Apply organizational change techniques
• Lead teams with 20+ resources
Business
• Analyze customer business environment
• Perform strategic planning
• Perform business development
• Develop agreements, proposals, and contracts
• Apply business controls requirements
Develop and Manage Project Phases
• Develop project management system
• Perform project management system execution
• Manage project finances
• Manage project risks
• Manage project change
• Manage project quality
• Manage project resources
• Perform project closing activities
• Minimum: 8 years IT experience and 5 years Project Management experience.
• Deep Industry Experience in Banking & Financial Services industry or Automobile/E&E, Distribution& Transportation, Public, Retail, Communication industry etc
• Experience in management of numerous internal/external stakeholders with competing interests
• Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and strong leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.
• Fluent in both verbal and written Japanese or English
• PMP certification is an advantage.
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Project Management
• English: Workable
