Group Leader of Chemistry
Location: Beijing
Responsibility:
This position will be responsible for leading chemistry projects as a key member of a high performance chemistry team in BioDuro's R&D center located in Beijing China . Key activities include process chemistry development, synthesis of customer deliverables, comprehensive project documentation, and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirement:
·Ph.D. in Chemistry with a strong scientific track record
·2+ years of relevant industrial experience
·1+ year of hands-on operational managerial experience
·Successful track record in synthetic and medicinal chemistry while operating within aggressive timelines
·Understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D process
·Flexible and innovative problem solver
