as an opportunitist, before we establishing any kind of position, the first thing to think about is not profit, it is stop loss point or exit stratagy, then it is profit expectation. The REIT is unique, it is a highly leveraged investment (even 20% down payment means 5 times leverage), it is also not easy to rotate. Thus, extra caution is required. Well, if you want to buy one and live in there, that is another story. Just don't mix investment and utility together. Another interesting thing is GS. Whenever GS is really pumping sth., 3 to 7 month later, it will crash. Now, what is GS pumping? You know the answer.
