Nurun Distributes Production Center, a subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc., is looking to fill the following position in its head office in Shanghai:

Project Manager - Frontend
Permanent, full-time position

Reporting to the production director you will handle frontend projects for our local and International clients. You will be implicated in beauty, tourism industry projects as brand sites, corporate sites and promotional sites. You like to manage multiple projects at the same time and always look for the best way to do something. We are looking for a person who is passionate, responsible and dynamic, and wants to be a part of an experienced team.
Role and Responsibilities:
•Write briefs
•Manage frontend projects; brand sites, mini sites, corporate sites, updates, data entry, images resizing…
•Lead and work with the Production Team to identify timeline and resource requirements;
•Supervise production team project completion (deadlines, human and technical resources).
•Make a proper resource request per hours/date to production director and coordinate efforts of the internal production team.
•Ensure coordination between the client and the internal project team.
•Produce weekly status report.
主要工作职责
•撰写项目计划（工作内容）
•撰写briefs
•领导并且与制作小组成员一起开发正式的项目计划书，并确保项目如期保质保量完成，开发项目过程中能够寻找新的合作机会
•领导并且与制作小组成员一起建立masterplan以确保项目时间进度和所有的资源及时到位
•监管项目如期完成（预算，完工期，人力资源和技术力量）
•参与项目可行性评估
•能够及时向制作总监汇报项目进度并且根据需要提出需求，同时能够很好地协调制作小组成员
•能够很好地协调客户和内部制作成员的关系
•参与客户需求，明确软件规格的定义
•确保制作小组的内部沟通；确保与客户之间的良好沟通；
•能够制作项目计划和按照项目需要安排人手（工作职责）
•参与网站规划
•能够协助制作总监参与客户和合作伙伴的谈判会议
•能够为提供的产品和服务提供设计与软件规格的定义
•每月按时完成业绩指标
•制作每周工作进度报告
Communication with the client (Nurun network):
•Send item for approval
•Daily communication to talk about the project
•Look for material
•Look for approval
与客户的沟通（ 客户是指所有Nurun世界各地的分公司）
•演讲项目计划书
•及时汇报获批
•每日及时沟通项目进度
•寻找素材
•及时与客户沟通得到相关的准许
Personal skill requirement
•Have at least 2-3 years experience
•Be able to quickly organize priority
•Optimize everybody’s time
•Bilingual Chinese/English
•Good communication
•Be proactive
•Leadership
•Team pla<x>yer
•Challenge resource on their work/hours
•University degree in Management
