I'd get a dozen of wool/cashmere tights (dark and conservative ones for work, probably with patterns; an odd pair or two in funky colours), a few body-con (but work safe!!) wool/cashmere dresses, a kick-@ss investment grade wool/cashmere coat (or two...), long leather boots (or those all-the-hype snowjoggers for changing into more foxy stillettos in the office, if your job is office based; maybe a pair of stylish wellington boots for very bad weather). And ACCESSARISE!
That should be sufficient for a warm and beautiful winter
