During past decade, China experienced the best economy decade I don't think Haigui contributed a lot to that success. If today's China's economy were still as bad as 20 years's ago, there wouldn't be so many people thinking going back. So I couldn't think of any reason why HaiGui should be a brand-name. Each Haigui has to prove his/her own value, insteading of counting the number of years overseas.
