OK, Good business results do not necessarily mean that this person is a good leader. MNCs look for many different traits and characters, even his/her value system beyond this person's current accomplishment.
That's why I'm saying that being successful under China-specific "丛林法则” is not enough, and will be not enough in the future. MNCs' "城市法则” need to be understood, if someone wants to excel in MNCs.
