By they way the comments from Sapientap sounds really great except the one regarding "green card" holder. The 85K exemption should apply to PR as well. Check the IRS web page. The qualification of exemption is based on physical presence test and bona fida residence test. I don't think it is grean card restricted UNLESS they changed the rule recently.
