- At least 3 years with one module external consulting experience. For some good potential candidates, 2 years of external consulting exp. plus 1 year above internal consulting exp. is also accepted. But you need to know Key-user exp. cannot be accepted basically;
- First education background has to be Bachelor degree above in public university, top 50 universities in China is preferred;
- Acceptable English capability. 'Acceptable' means the candidate can communicate with English normally, but maybe the tone and accent are not excellent;
- Good communication skill and presentation skill.
